CONTEMPORARY HIGHBACK STICK CHAIR
Bern runs chair making classes out of his workshop in Northcote, Melbourne. In each class students will learn to make a chair over a six day course. Processes taught include chair geometry, steam bending, seat shaping, spindle making, assembly and glue up with an emphasis on hand tool work. All tools are provided.
